It is officially after Christmas and I am one hundred percent in my post-holiday blues. While you would think I would be sworn off baking after 12 straight days of it, I’m not at all. In fact, we had a get together with family last night and I decided to whip up a quick batch of peanut butter fudge. Now unfortunately, the family recipe of this is buried somewhere in my parents’ house so this was a trial… and success! It made up so much though that it lasted into a friend brunch today and we still have leftovers at our apartment! Get as many sweets in as I can until the New Year starts, right?

Ingredients:
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter
- 7oz. jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
Place parchment paper into a 9×13 inch baking dish, enough to go over the lips on at least two sides.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in flour gradually.
Spread into prepared pan and let cool.
