Is there anything better than a single serve mug cake when you are craving something sweet? Lucky for me, Nutella is always stocked up at our house because of my boyfriend’s love for it. I’ve made mug cakes in the past but with my pantry being a little low on bakery items, I decided to test out a simpler recipe. I am absolutely in love with how this fluffy Nutella mug cake turned out!

P.S. What you can’t see in the photo is where I snuck a bite before covering it up with whipped cream for photos. I couldn’t help myself! 😉

Ingredients:

• 4 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
• ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
• 2 Tbsp. Milk
• 3 Tbsp. Nutella

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl; mix well.

Microwave for 1 ½ – 2 minutes.

Top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve immediately.
