This stuffed biscuit does not scream Halloween or even fall but I wanted to create a savory dish for our brunch. I would equate the taste of this biscuit to a homemade Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich but in the best way (and I personally love those). This was an easy dish to make and if you want to save even more time, try making the biscuit dough in the food processor!
